We provide 24-hour emergency assistance services with on-call counseling, problem solving, as well as immediate response for assistance at a person (s) home due to a health or personal emergency. The person (s) will be eligible to receive 24-hour emergency assistance if they meet one of the following sets of criteria:
- The person (s) live in their own home.
- The person (s) do not receive 24-hour supervision.
- The person (s) would otherwise require extensive, and routine supervision.
Royals Personalized Care Services (RPCS) 24-hour emergency assistance services can be provided in two ways: non-equipment and equipment services. The non-equipment service covers an immediate response for assistance at a person’s home with on-call counseling and problem-solving. The equipment services cover Personal emergency response system (PERS) installation and testing and the PERS device and monitoring. Currently, we are not providing equipment services.
